Vibrate, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Miracle mobile application. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide you with a seamless healing experience:

  • Account Data: Name and email address via Apple or Google OAuth authentication
  • Profile Information: Birth date, wellness goals, meditation preferences, and astrological interests
  • Usage Data: Playlists created, favorite tracks, playback history, and app interactions
  • Community Content: Posts, likes, and profile pictures you share on the Wall of Love
  • Subscription Data: Trial status and subscription tier (processed securely by Apple)
  • Feedback: Feature requests and bug reports you voluntarily submit

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Providing app functionality and cloud synchronization across your devices
  • Processing subscriptions and managing trial periods
  • Sending essential service emails (trial expiration reminders)
  • Improving the app based on your feedback and usage patterns
  • Providing customer support when you contact us

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the app:

  • Supabase: Backend infrastructure, database hosting, and user authentication
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery for trial notifications
  • Apple StoreKit: Secure subscription processing and payment handling

These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

4. Our “No-Tracking” Promise

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or data-mining tools. Your data is used only for app functionality, never for advertising or profiling.

5. Email Notifications

We send service-related emails for:

  • Trial expiration reminders (2 days before your trial ends)
  • Account security notifications

You cannot opt out of essential service emails, but you can delete your account at any time to stop all communications.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data via app settings
  • Export: Request an export of your playlists and favorites
  • Withdraw Consent: Revoke permission for data processing (by deleting your account)

7. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained while your account remains active
  • Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for service improvement

8. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures:

  • End-to-end encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
  • Secure cloud infrastructure hosted by Supabase
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • No storage of payment information (handled exclusively by Apple)

9. Children’s Privacy

Miracle is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
